Throwback Music of the Moment - April 7, 1999

Man, I can't be the only dude I know that listened to Canibus. Seriously, he was one of the most slept on rappers of our lifetime. That sounds like a bold statement but I can actually stand by it. His verse on 4, 3, 2, 1 was insane and even put him in the hip-hop spotlight. He followed it up with 2nd Round KO and I knew he was nice. This is one of my favorite songs from his debut album, Can-I-Bus entitled Buckingham Palace. Definitely dope.

I have to do more research to see what Canibus is up to these days. He might still be in the military but he could also be working on new music.
