Chapter One: The Worst Way to Defend a Dunk/Lay-Up
Ever had the dream of making it into the Sportscenter Top 10?? Since completing an alley-oop, shooting a game-winner and sinking 12 threes are so difficult to do, I recommend unsuccessfully defending a dunk or lay-up. It's fun AND easy! Just follow these steps:

1. First thing you have to do it get one of your teammates to turn the ball over.
2. Next, make sure that none of your teammates come past half court to play defense.
[They might actually stop the other team from scoring!]
3. The next thing you need to do is use timing to ensure a midair confrontation with the offensive player. [See Lebron James¹.]
4. Make a failed attempt to block the dunk or lay-up. [See Lebron James².]

And that's it. If you follow these steps you should be guaranteed a spot on the Sportscenter Top 10. For proof, just look at mine from today:
