Today In iPod Randomness - #3

Unh, and another one.

Aight, part three of the iPod randomness. I just turned my pod on shuffle and these were the first three songs that came up. As random as always.

1. Weezer - Island In the Sun

2. M.I.A. - XXXO

3. The xx - Stars (LAZRtag Remix)

Shouts to my man Mook Diddy for putting me on the M.I.A. joint this past weekend. Oh shit, it's FRIDAY.

Unh.

Today In iPod Randomness - #2

Unh, and another one.

Here's the second installment of the first three songs my iPod comes up with when it's set on random. The first is a song that's been on my iPod since I got it...and it's definitely not going anywhere.

1. Busta Rhymes - Gimme Some More
2. Interpol - The Heinrich Manuever
3. Arctic Monkeys - Fluorescent Adolescent

Without a doubt, just as random as last time.

Today In iPod Randomness - #1

What do Aphex Twin, Paramore and Rivers Cuomo have in common?? ...they're random as shit, that's what.

Those that know me well know that I don't go anywhere without my iPhone/iPod. Something that I really pride myself on is having a good mix of both classic songs and new music as well as a wide variety of music. And pretty much using the shuffle setting gets me the most random and well-rounded mix of music.

This was more apparent than ever last night when my iPod played three of the most random songs consecutively:

• Pop The Trunk by Yelawolf,
• Obstacle 1 by Interpol, and
• KRS-One by Sublime.

Pretty f'ing random. Click the links if you don't believe me.

But then this got me to thinking, "What if I starting posting the first three songs that come on my iPod when its on random?" And that's exactly what I'm gonna do. So here's the first Today in iPod Randomness post:

1. Blink 182 - All the Small Things
2. N.E.R.D. - Baby Doll
3. OFWGKTA [Tyler, the Creator] - Splatter

Yea, this is gonna be ill.
Random, but ill.
