*Inserts Overdue "I'm Back" Post*

As a [formerly] consistent blogger, I really hate two things about the "I'm Back" posts: 1) Realizing that it's been so long since you've actually written anything and 2) Actually having to get back to posting. After a sick day, about a bottle and a half of NyQuil and some conversations with some of my creative colleagues, I'm back on the blog scene. And not a minute too soon.

Where Were We??

The last 6 months have arguably been some of the busiest and most trying, although most successful months of my life. And for that, I'm grateful. A new city, new job, new crib, everything. Totally blessed and really excited with everything. With that being said, it's time to get back to business. The business is blogging and business is....slow. Well it has been. I'm turning it around today. With so many big things going on in my life, it's only right. So, I'm back.

Time to celebrate.

The Blueprint 3 Samples Mixtape [asamp was right Exclusive]

One listen to BP³ and you can tell it has top-notch production. Not only that, but the samples that were used are on point. For this reason, I decided to put together asamp was right's first official mixtape, featuring all the samples used on Blueprint 3. After hearing the samples, you definitely have more of an appreciation for the beats on the album. [Or maybe less, depends on your point of view.]

New Beginnings

It seems like yesterday that I was getting my high school diploma and now I'm on the verge of my final year at Morehouse College. It's been a long time coming and these have been three of the best years of my life, but it's definitely gone by too fast. I decided to finally start this blog (after much deliberation) as a way to vent and get out my ideas and part as a way to keep in touch with friends after we graduate. I'm gonna touch on everything from sports, music, education, movies and pretty much everything else. Stay tuned.
