J.R. Smith [Parody] - So Right [Video]

 photo e2fa709d-a810-4fe5-94d2-6c48f8140509_zps18360288.jpg
OK, so I realize it's March 27th and we're literally in the heart of March Madness. All energy and focus should be on the Sweet 16. I get this. But every once in awhile we come across something so majestic, so glorious—if you will—that it just can't wait. This video definitely qualifies. Now, I don't know who to thank [or more appropriately, blame] for this song and video inspired by J.R. Smith, everyone's favorite sharpshooting black hole/booty twitpic'er, but seriously, Thank You. Special shout out to the internet. And upon further review, I'm not 100% convinced that this wasn't made by J.R. Smith himself. Behold:

So, again, I'm not sure who deserves the praise for this amazing song/video but there is one thing we all can be confident of: J.R. Smith's Gonna J.R. Smith.

 photo 6f8385af-d681-4bb3-8156-bd3041ddd374_zpscd09fe02.jpg
Everyone's favorite Wolfpack [no disrespect] is back for the third and final installment of the Hangover triolgy. Chow's alive? Black Doug's back? And is that....John Goodman? I can't really tell what to expect but I hope it's at least better than Part 2. Check out the trailer.

The Hangover Part III is set for a May 24th release.

Russell Westbrook, You Are My Hero

Photobucket
I haven't been blogging for awhile. I don't really have much of an excuse other than I've focusing on work and side projects here and there. But every once in awhile, there's something—a song, event or video—that always seems to bring me back. This time, we can thank Russell Westbrook for my favorite video since this. Thank you, Russ. Thank you.

Eli Manning...Blah Blah Blah

Photobucket
Sure, he's playing some of the best football of his career. And yeah, he's headed to a second Superbowl.

But Eli Manning [and his brother, Peyton] makes some weird ass faces. And therefore this website is forever relevant. Thanks, Manning brothers.

Epic Meal Time: West Coast Burger Pile x Double Barrell 12 Gauge Hot Dog

Photobucket
The guys from Epic Meal Time are back again to show us exactly how we'd eat....if we were gods. First up, the West Coast Burger Pile. It looks like the things that dreams are made of. I'm pretty sure my man Wimpy would have a coronary.

"Jesus Christ, there's so many GD burgers."

Next up, the 12 Gauge Hot Dog. There's just something about 50 cent hot dogs, bacon and Jack Daniels that makes this irresistible.
"Ketchup...not that special. Oh wait, there's Jack? It's fuckin special now, player."

These guys really should release a cookbook. These meals always look amazing.

But maybe the half naked girl laying down bacon strips had something to do with that.

Did I mention that there's bacon????

Workaholics. You Should Be Watching This Show

Photobucket

In the class of must-see tv shows, it's easy for a show like Workaholics to get lost in the shuffle that is Entourage, True Blood and uh, Martin. Workaholics is basically a comedy centered around three roommates that work at the same telemarketing company. Might sound like any other show but it's actually quite funny. In a slightly awkward, Curb Your Enthusiasm-meets-frat row type way. Check out a scene

There's more where that came from.

And they signed for a second season. Swag.

Biggie Drive Thru Prank

I swear I was laughing out loud at this. I don't want to give away too much, just watch it. And if you don't know the lines, first slap yourself then click here. Damn, this was funny.

Comedy Origins: Dave Chappelle

Photobucket
It's crazy what you find on the internet. This morning I came across these early videos of a young Dave Chappelle getting started in the comedy business. It's wild to see how far he's gotten with his craft. The first set of videos was from an old performance on Caroline's on Broadway back in 1990. The second group come from a 1993 appearance on Comic Justice. What a difference three years makes. Still funny as shit nonetheless:

Caroline's on Broadway - 1990

Comic Justice - 1993

We really need Dave Chappelle back.

Name Dropping. The Story of The Game's Life

Photobucket
Granted, this is a great song. Classic even. But it's the perfect example of why I can't listen to The Game anymore. All he does is name drop for four minutes straight. Wtf man. I mean, the only thing worse would be name dropping for five minutes. Check out this damn list and let me know if I missed any.
  1. Dre (3)
  2. Pac
  3. Snoop Dogg
  4. Stevie Wonder
  5. Kanye West
  6. Whitney Houston
  7. Martin Luther King
  8. Aaliyah
  9. Left Eye
  10. Mya
  11. 50
  12. Vivica
  13. Frankie Beverly
  14. Maze
  15. Dave Maze
  16. Eazy
  17. Jam Master Jay
  18. Huey Newton
  19. Eric Wright
  20. Ronald Reagan
  21. Mike lim
  22. Whoo Kid
  23. Clue
  24. B.I.G.
  25. Marshall Mathers
  26. Curtis Jackson
  27. Marvin Gaye
Whew. I think that's all of em.

Damn, Game.
If you're gonna name drop, at least do it in a diss.

You, Sir, Just Might be the Worst Football Player Ever

I have NO idea what this kid was thinking. I understand that a play can go the wrong way but THIS???!!

Worst ever? Yes...until you see this one:
Both are worth the facepalm of the century. C'mon sons.

It gets no worse.

Can't Believe It's Been Two Years: RIP Bernie Mac

Photobucket
"I ain't scared of you muthafuckas."
-Bernie Mac

One of my favorite comedians of all time and I still feel like he's often overlooked in the Funniest Ever argument. Can't believe it's already been two years since he passed.

RIP.

Random Funniness from the Chris Rock Show

Photobucket
The Chris Rock Show was undoubtedly one of my favorite shows of all time. It was basically Chris Rock's stand-up mixed with an early version of the Chappelle's Show. Pretty dope right?? Well I was watching the Best Of DVD the other day and I have to post the funniest stuff from what I saw. There are far more funny parts on the DVDs but these were epic to say the least.

The Chris Mullin Show

Notes from the Chris Mullin skit:
  • the guest line-up starts with "Tonight on the bitch"
  • the show was referred to as "the no-look pass to laughter"
  • the theme music says "The more Mullin we come across, the more Mullin we see"
Chris Rock Show, you are sorely missed.

COULD WE GET ANY MORE BEIGE?!!?

Photobucket
I saw this today while I was watching Live Free or Die Hard on FX and it had me weak. YES, this is a real commercial. Could we be any more BEIGE?!? I mean, you kinda gotta know the usage/context of the word "beige."

....beige.

Wizards Get the First Pick. DC is Wallin'

Photobucket
THAT ↑↑ lady is Irene Pollin. That is also her face after her late husband's Washington Wizards secured the #1 pick in the upcoming NBA Draft. It should come as no secret on who I think they should take: John Motherf'ing Wall. It's a no-brainer. You take the guy with the dance every time.
He even had Wilbon and the boys doing it. ↓↓
So just like with the Antoine Walker Shimmy Dance, I was forced to post the funniest of the internet's John Wall Photoshopped photos. They are quite hilarious:

But I guess since the luck was against the New Jersey Nets and they didn't get the first pick, the funniest of all the pictures is this one:
Sorry Jerz.

If John Wall doesn't go #1, something's wrong.

So THIS Is Who the Cavs Got Murdered By Last Night???

Photobucket
Word, Lebron?? I got you guys winning this whole thing now that the Bulls are out but I'm gonna need more than 15 points on 3-14 shooting. You're the MVP and it's going to take an MVP-type performance to win in Game 6. You can believe that I'll be front row for this joint, popcorn in hand like:
Photobucket
Game 6 in Boston is tomorrow at 8:00 on TNT. Don't miss it.

It might be Lebron's last game as a Cav...

NBA Throwback: Antoine Walker Shimmy Dance

Photobucket
First off, I am not a Celtics fan. I do, however, like KG, Jesus Shuttlesworth and Nate Rob but other than that, I've hated them for pretty much my whole basketball life. But, if you're in your early to mid 20's and consider yourself a basketball fan, I'm sure you remember the Antoine Walker days. And by days, I mean the times he would hit a three and do his shimmy dance. For example:

This was from his time with Dallas, but you get the point

I was reading Trey Kerby's post about the 20 Most Bloggable NBA Photos and when I came across this one of Antoine Walker ↓↓
Photobucket
it reminded me of all the great Photoshopped versions:

I'm Back...With a Shocked Phillies Fan

Photobucket
I haven't been blogging much lately due to work, work and oh yeah...work. But I couldn't pass up the chance at posting this. Apparently this 17-year-old Phillies fan thought it would be a good idea to run onto the field during last night's game. It was probably the worst mistake he's ever made. Just look:
Fan Footage:

For some reason, it REALLLLY reminded me of this:

DON'T TAZE ME BROOOOO!!!

I'm back.

Even as a Kobe Fan, I Laughed......a LOT.

Photobucket
I'm convinced that Trey Kerby is one of the funniest sports writers in all of blogland. Idk where he finds this stuff but he does. Check out this video of a Kobe fan revealing just a little too much of what he feels about the NBA's greatest player not named Lebron.

Pause.

But I'm almost positive you laughed.

This should give Kobe haters some much-needed fuel, but it was worth it.

Lakers/Thunder Game 5, Tuesday 10:30 pm ET.
