Today marks 13 years since the slaying of the greatest rapper of all-time, Notorious B.I.G. It's pretty hard to believe that it's been so long but I can still remember what I was doing when I heard the news. Even though he seemed to predict it in some of his music, B.I.G.'s passing was both shocking and untimely.
